This past weekend I participated in the exhibition 'Print Matter(s): California Printmaking Now' at Studio Channel Islands Art Center, along with some amazing California artists. You can view the details of the exhibition at ARTslant - Los Angeles. Jennifer Anderson, who co-curated with Elana Kundell, wrote a thoughtful review about the participatings artists on her blog.

Check out a new amazingly fresh and scrumish restaurant in Beverly Hills, Greenleaf Gourment Chopshop. The salads rock! I collaborated with Scrafano Architects, Art and Sign, and Jonathan Rollo, the owner of Greenleaf Gourment Chopshop to create a wallpaper lettuce field, along with a photographic lettuce panel for the restaurant interior. At night the restaurant glows from down the 9000 block of Wilshire Blvd. Don't miss this new yummy place.
Not sure, but I thought this was visually interesting.
Just launched today, CHU+GOODING Architects new website. We've been working on the project over the past 4 months, and I'm pleased with the new look. I collaborated again with Marc Katzschner, on the architecture of the website and his methods of search optimizing. Tyler Martin was instrumental in the javascript programming. We added in a new blog, so check back on weekly happenings at their office.
My friend Walter Newton sent along this photo in response to my obsession with 99¢ signage. I love the 2 mannequin heads at the bottom.
